Software application problems
Unable to change system selections through software

printer control panel. Consult with your network administrator.

Color mode is not selected in the software
application or printer driver. Select color mode instead of grayscale or
monochrome mode.

Printer driver does not recognize Tray 3, Tray 4, or the duplex printing accessory
Cause Solution
The printer driver has not been configured to
recognize Tray 3, Tray 4, or the duplex printing
