Condition Cause/Remedy
External memory is not
displayed in the list.  External memory may not be inserted correctly. Make sure the external
memory is inserted in the correct direction.
[Cannot use this device] is
displayed.  A USB device that is not Mass Storage Class cannot be used.
Photo data is not recognized.  Unsupported photo files cannot be recognized.
 Photos uploaded to the Web service on the Internet take time to be
displayed with this unit. Wait for a while, and display the browse screen.
 When a digital still camera is connected to this unit with a USB cable,
the digital still camera may not be set to Mass Storage Class. For the
Mass Storage Class setting, see the operating instructions supplied
with the digital still camera.
Music data is not recognized.  Unsupported music files cannot be recognized.
It takes time to display photos.
Sound interrupts during
playback.  The frequency bandwidth of the wireless network may not be
sufficient. Place the access point device near this unit without
obstacles in-between.
Height-and-width of a photo is
not displayed properly.  This unit corresponds to the height-and-width information at shooting
recorded in the exif data of the photo. Height-and-width may not be
displayed properly in some photos shot by a digital still camera that
does not record height-and-width to the exif data, or photos edited by
the computer.
