For the 9143i, 6753i:
1 Click on Operation->Programmable Keys.

2 On the 9143i and 6753i, select a key from keys 1 through 6.
3 In the "Type" field, select XML from the list box.
4 On the 9143i and 6753i, in the "Label" field, enter a label that displays on the IP phone for the XML
softkey. For example, "aastra".
