10. Close the “ Atmel – Flip” window.
11. Disconnect the power on the
VP-8x4.
12. Disconnect the RS-232 rear panel port on the VP-8x4 unit from the
Null-modem adapter.
13. Release FLASH PROG button on rear panel (see Figure 1).
14. Connect the power to the
VP-8x4.
Upon initialization, the new VP-8x4 software version shows in the INPUT
STATUS 7-segment Display (see Table 7).
