Error description

Measures/Solutions

The unit permanently indicates
overflow „ ¯ ¯ ¯ ¯ ¯ “.
(5 bars at the top of the 7 segment
display)

 The input has a very high

measurement, check the
measuring circuit.

 With a selected input with a low

voltage signal, it is only connected
on one side or the input is open.

 Not all of the activated setpoints

are parameterised. Check if the
relevant parameter PN1, PN2,
PN100…PN130 are adjusted
correctly.

The unit permanently shows
underflow „ _ _ _ _ _ “.
(5 bars at the bottom of the 7
segment display)

 The input has a very low

measurement, check the
measuring circuit .

 With a selected input with a low

voltage signal, it is only connected
on one side or the input is open.

 Not all of the activated setpoints

are parameterised. Check if the
relevant parameter PN1, PN2,
PN100…PN130 are adjusted
correctly.

The word "HELP " lights up in the 7-
segment display.

 The unit has found an error in the

configuration memory. Perform a
reset on the default values and
reconfigure the unit according to
your application.

Program numbers for parameterising
of the input are not accessible.

 The programming lock is set at a

user level that does not allow
access.

 Under PN1, a different sensor type

was parameterised so that the
desired program number cannot
be parameterised.

"Err1" lights up in the 7-segment
display

 Please contact the manufaturer if

errors of this kind occur.

The addressed digital input does not
react.

 Measure the current of the digital

input with a multimeter. It should
be between 1 mA and 3 mA.

Program numbers for the analog
output PN20…PN22 are not
