Shutter button
does not work. Camera is not turned
on. Turn on the camera
(
page 5 ).
The camera is
processing a picture;
the image storage icon
on the EVF or LCD
screen is blinking. Wait until the image storage icon
(
or ) stops blinking
before taking another picture.
The card or internal
memory is full. Transfer pictures to the computer
(
page 79 ), delete pictures from
the camera ( page 53 ), switch
storage locations ( page 12 ), or
insert a card with available
memory (
page 11 ).
The Shutter button was
not fully pressed down. For best pictures, see page 17 .
Part of the picture
is missing. Something was
blocking the lens when
the picture was taken. Keep hands, fingers, or other
objects away from the lens when
taking pictures.
Stored pictures
are corrupted. The card was removed
or the battery expired
while the mode light or
the image storage icon
was blinking. Retake picture.
Turn off the camera before
removing the card. Do not remove
the card while the mode light or
the image storage icon is blinking.
Keep battery charged.
In Review mode,
you do not see a
picture (or the
expected picture)
on the camera
screen. The camera may not be
accessing the correct
storage location. Check the picture storage location
setting (
page 12 ).
The EVF screen is on
instead of the LCD. Push the EVF/LCD button to
change the display (
page 7 ).
