Setting Video Out

Video Out is a regional setting that lets you successfully connect to a television
or other external device (see

page 58

).

Press the Menu button.

to highlight Setup

, then press the OK button.

to highlight Video Out

, then press the OK button.

to highlight an option:

NTSC (default)—used in most countries
except those in Europe and China. North
America and Japan use NTSC.
PAL—used in Europe and China.

Press the OK button to accept the change.

Press the Menu button to exit the menu.

This setting remains until you change it.

Selecting a Language

You can display menus and screen messages in different languages.

Press the Menu button.

to highlight Setup

, then press the OK button.

to highlight Language

, then press the OK button.

Highlight an option, then press the OK
button.

Press the Menu button to exit the menu.

Text is displayed in the selected language.
This setting remains until you change it.
