Setting Video Length

You can specify a time limit for your videos. The Video Length setting is useful if
you wish to conserve space in the camera’s internal memory or on a card, or if
you want all of your videos to be the same length.

Turn the Mode dial to Video

, then press

the Menu button.

Highlight the Video Length menu

,

then press the OK button.

Highlight the setting you want to use.

Unlimited (default)—camera records
until you stop recording, or until the current
storage location is full.
5, 15, or 30 Seconds—camera records
for the specified time, or until the current
storage location is full.

Press the OK button.

Press the Menu button to turn off the menu screen.
This setting remains until you change it.

NOTE: If the current storage location does not have adequate space, some

video length options are not displayed. (See

page 114

for video storage

capacities.)
