No.: Serial numbers are given respectively for sending and receiving.
Destination: Any of the following is described. Blank when there is no infor-
mation.

TX Report: Name registered with the destination in the Address Book or
in the program
- RX Report: Name registered with the destination in the Address Book
- Recipient’s destination
Start Time: Describes the start time of the communication.
Time: Fixed in “--:--:--”.
Prints: Describes the number of pages sent. In case of memory transmission,
the sent pages and the total number of pages are described in fractional for-
mat.
Result:
Note: Describes one of the following in the Network fax description.
OK Described when communication is terminated normally.
S-OK Described when communication has stopped.
PW-OFF Described when operation power switch was turned OFF during communica-
tion.
TEL Described when there is telephone call.
NG Described when there is communication error.
Cont Described when there is a transmission error and that there is transition to re-
send wait mode (Error page redial).
No Ans Described when there is no response from the recipient.
Busy Described when communication is not possible as the recipient’s line is busy.
M-Full Described when it is not possible to receive a fax when the fax file memory
becomes full during reception.
LOVR Reception length over. Described when default length of received original ex-
ceeds.
POVER Received page over. Described when number of received pages exceeds
3000 pages.
FIL File error. Described when received file type is not supported.
DC Decode error. Described when error is generated in decoding of received file.
MDN Described when there is error in MDN response.
DSN Described when there is error in DSN response.
