9.6 Setting initial setting value of fax function (Default
Scan/Fax Settings)
Initial setting value of Fax/Scan function can be set.
Fax/Scan functions selected when main power supply is turned [on] or when
[Reset] key is pressed, can be set.
Default Scan/Fax Settings: Current Setting/ Factory Default*

Each item set on the touch panel before entering the Utility mode is reg-
istered as initial setting of Fax/Scan function.

The factory default is registered as initial settings of Fax/Scan function.

For this setting, display the Fax/Scan screen and then press the [Utility/
Counter].

Settings screen.

Touch [Scan/Fax Settings].
– Some items may not be displayed according to setting options.
– In the Utility mode, numbers displayed on buttons can be entered
and selected with the keypad. In case of [Scan/Fax settings], enter
[4] with the keypad.
