10.8 Print E-Mail Message Body
Whether or not to print the text of received E-mail automatically is set.
Specifying whether printing is possible or not in [Print E-Mail Message Body]
of the Utility mode.

For [Print E-Mail Message Body], refer to “Specifying Report Printing
Methods (Report Setting)” on page 9-88.
E-Mail text is not printed even if [Print E-mail Message Body] is set to
[ON] when “Content-X-CIAJWNETFAX: IGNORE” is described on the
header of the received E-mail or when there is no body text.
When a file that cannot be printed is received as attachment, the opera-
tion follows the [Network Fax RX Error Report] settings.
Subject: Describes distribution state of E-mail.
Receiving time: Describes the time and date of E-mail reception.
From: E-mail address of sending source is described. When E-mail address
is registered in internet fax registration, the name is described.
Document Name: File name of attached file is described.
Text: Describes the text in received E-mail.
