Press the [Scan Setting] key.
The Scanner Setting Basic screen
appears.

Configure the necessary items.
– For more information on the
configurations on the Scanner
Setting Basic screen, refer to
"About the Scanner Setting Ba-
sic Screen" on Page 8-3.

Set an original and press the [Start] button.
– When attached to an E-Mail, the scanned data are sent to the
SMTP server.
The original is scanned, and the scanned data are transmitted to an
specified destination.

To continue transmission, go back
to the step 9 and repeat the proce-
dure.
To stop scanning, press [Address].
– Then, the Select Destination/
Storage Locations screen re-
turns.
– When a lot of original is scanned, [Job Reserve] is indicated on the
screen during the scanning process.
– You can press [Job Reserve] and set the next job. Immediately
upon completion of the previous job, you can set the original and
press the [Start] button.
