4.3 Registering a Personal Folder
A Personal Folder is registered (created) for each user, where you manage
data you want to Store/Recall. Register a Personal Folder in the following
steps.

At maximum, 1000 Personal Folers can be registered.
1 Press [Box] on the control panel and
then press [Store] key.
2 Press the [Scan to HDD] key.
3 Select the [Personal Folder] key.
4 Press the [New Register] key.
5 Press the [FolderName Input] key to
display the character input screen.
Input any Folder Name.
Input a Folder Name within 64
characters in alphameric char-
acters and signs.
For more information on how to input characters, refer to "How to
Input Characters" on Page 3-7.
The below characters cannot be registered as a Folder Name irre-
spectively whether they are upper or lower case.
Public, Admin, BoxAdmin
