4.10 Output from the Internal HDD
Copied data stored on the internal HDD with the [Store] screen or confiden-
tial print jobs transmitted from a computer can be output using the [Recall]
screen.

For more information on confidential output, refer to the optional User's
Guide (Printer).

Press [Box] on the control panel and
then press [Recall] key.

Specify the folder in which the data you output are stored.
– When you select a Personal
Folder
– Press the [Personal Folder] key
to display the list. Select any
folder and press the [OK] key.
– When you select a Public Folder
– Press the [Public Folder] key.
– When you select Confidential
– Press the [Confidential] key.
– For more information on the
types of folder, refer to "Over-
view of the Store/Recall Fea-
tures" on Page 4-3.
– A Password may be configured
for the Personal Folder. In that case, the Password input screen ap-
pears. Enter the Password.
– If you know the target file, press the [Direct Call] key to specify the
location directly. For more information, refer to "Direct Call" on
Page 3-10.
