2.3 Power Saving Features
For U.S.A. Users
After the Scanner has been idle for a certain period of time, the Operation Panel
display and the Fluorescent Lamps are turned “OFF” and the Panel LED lamp
flickers green, indicating that the Scanner is in Sleep Mode.
To return to active condition, click any button on the driver operation screen or
depress any key on the Operation Panel.
After a certain period of time in Sleep Mode, the Scanner will shut down.
Please start up the driver again after turning the Scanner Power Switch “ON”.
For Other Users
After the Scanner has been idle for a certain period of time, it will shut down.
To return to active condition, click any button on the driver operation screen or
depress any key on the Operation Panel.
Please start up the driver again after turning the Scanner Power Switch “ON”.
NOTE !
When the “Scan” button on the menu screen is pressed, the
Scanner returns to the normal state, and starts scanning.
When any key on the Operation Panel is pressed, the Scanner
returns to the normal state.
When using the Manual Switch, press the Switch once, and the
Scanner will return to the normal state.
