Quick Scan TX
Select whether or not to send a quick transmission (send the fax at the same time that the doc-
ument page is scanned).
Timer TX
Select whether or not to send a timer transmission (send the fax at the specified time).
Time
For a timer transmission, type in the starting time of the transmission.
Stamp
Select whether or not to stamp scanned document pages when sending a fax using the ADF.
If pages are to be stamped, select the position of the stamp.
Priority TX
Select whether or not to send data with priority over other jobs.
TSI
Select whether or not to add transmission source information on sent documents.
If transmission source information to be added, select the information.
Dest. Insert
Select whether or not to add the recipient name registered with the one-touch dial button to-
gether with other transmission source information when documents are sent.
Password TX
Select whether or not to send a password transmission (send the fax with a password speci-
fied).
This function can be used only if the recipient’s machine is compatible with password func-
tions.
TX Report
Select the conditions for printing the transmission results report.
Remote Copy
Select whether or not to perform a remote copy operation (send the specified number of copies
of the document to the recipient).
Copies
When performing remote copy operations, type in the number of copies. (Range: 2 to 99)
Subject Selection
Select whether or not to insert previously registered information as the subject of e-mail mes-
sages. If information is to be inserted as the subject, select the information.
Select Reply E-Mail
Addr.
Select whether or not to change the reply address of e-mail messages.
Normally, the e-mail address of this machine is specified as the reply address; however, it can
be changed if necessary.
Click the [Select Reply E-Mail Addr.] button to display a page where a reply address can be
selected. Select the check box for the new reply address (one-touch destination), and then
click the [Apply] button.
Only one-touch dial buttons registered with "TX: PC(E-mail)" or "TX: InternetFax" can be se-
lected as the reply address.
URL Notification
Dest.
Select whether or not to specify a URL notification recipient.
With Scan to FTP and Scan to SMB operations, an e-mail address can be selected where no-
tifications are sent for the URL to the location where the data is saved.
Click the [Select URL Notification Dest.] button to display a page where the URL notification
recipient can be selected. Select the check box for the URL notification recipient (one-touch
destination), and then click the [Apply] button.
Only one-touch dial buttons registered with "TX: PC(E-mail)" or "TX: InternetFax" can be se-
lected as the URL notification recipient.
Set File Name
To save files with a specific name, type in the file name.
Range: Up to 16 characters
Characters that can be entered: Alphanumeric characters and symbols (! # $ % & ' ~ = + ` @ _

Select whether or not to divide pages.
