RX Settings - Memory RX Time Setting
Specify the settings for the printing function that prints received fax documents together on a specified day
and at a specified time.
Fax Settings - Self-ID
Specify the ID for the machine.

"Fax Settings" does not appear if the optional fax kit has not been installed.
Item Description
Memory RX Time Select whether or not to print received fax documents together at the specified time.
Start Time When specifying a time, type in the starting time for printing.
Stop Time When specifying a time, type in the ending time for printing.
Day Of The Week When specifying a time, select the check box for the day of the week when the documents are
to be printed.
Memory Lock Pass-
word If printing is restricted with a password, type in the print management password.
If a print management password is not yet specified, printing can begin without the password
being entered.

Retype Memory
Lock Password For confirmation, type in the print management password again.

Item Description
Self-ID Type in the ID for the machine.
If the machine’s name or telephone number is registered as the ID, the registered information
will appear in the recipient’s fax reports and machine control panel, allowing the recipient to
easily identify the sender of the fax.
