Maximum reduction ratio:

Since excess longer than the length specified by bits 7, 6 and 5 is reduced to fit within the paper, specify the
maximum of this reduction ratio. (Available only if bit 1 is set to "0" while printing received documents.)

For example, if "90%" is specified, it is reduced to a range of 100

→ to 90%. The excess is printed on a

separate page if it does not fit within the printable area of the page with the maximum reduction ratio specified
here.

Process performed on the trailing end:

Specify whether the document is reduced or the excess is discarded when the received document is longer
than the printable area of the paper. (Available only when printing received documents.) The settings for bits
7, 6 and 5 and bits 4, 3 and 2 become available by specifying this setting.
