Note

In order to apply changes to the settings for parameters marked with

, the machine must be restarted

(turn it off, then on again).

When the machine is turned off, then on again, turn the machine off with the sub power switch before
turning off the main power switch. In addition, wait at least 10 seconds to turn the machine on after
turning it off; otherwise, the machine may not operate correctly.

SSL Setting

Specify the SSL settings.

Select the desired operation, and then click the [Next] button. The page described below appears.

Certificate Creation: A page for creating an SSL certificate appears.

Delete Certificate: A message appears, requesting confirmation to delete the certificate.

Change SSL setting: A page where settings can be changed appears.

If settings are being specified for the first time or if no certificate has been created, "Delete Certificate"
and "Change SSL setting" do not appear.

Write User Name

Type in the user name for write users.
Range: Up to 32 characters
Characters that can be entered: Alphanumeric characters and symbols (space ! " # $ %
& ' ~ = ¥ | ; : + * ` / ? @ _ - . , ( ) [ ] { } < >)

Write Security Level

Select the security level for write users.

Write User Password
(auth-password)

Type in the write user password used for authentication.
Range: 8 to 32 characters
Characters that can be entered: Alphanumeric characters and symbols (space ! " # $ %
& ' ~ = ¥ | ; : + * ` / ? @ _ - . , ( ) [ ] { } < >)

Write User Password
(priv-password)

Type in the write user privacy password used for privacy (encryption).
Range: 8 to 32 characters
Characters that can be entered: Alphanumeric characters and symbols (space ! " # $ %
