Document Management - RX Document
Specify how received documents are processed when a fax is received.
If "FAX (G3/G3-1/G3-2)" was selected
Item Description
Fax(G3/G3-1/G3-2) Select to specify how documents are managed when they are received at the G3, G3-1 and
G3-2 ports.
Network Select to specify how documents are managed when they are received by Internet faxing or IP
address faxing.
All Other Docu-
ments Select to specify how to handle documents that are received normally.
User Box Select to create reception user boxes specifically for documents containing special informa-
tion, such as F-codes, and to specify how documents are handled.
Item Description
FAX(G3-1/G3-2) Select whether or not to manage documents received with a G3 fax at port 1/port 2. To man-
age the documents, select "Yes".
Password Type in the password necessary for printing the document.
Range: Up to 20 digits
Characters that can be entered: Numbers and symbols (# *)
Retype Password For confirmation, type in the password again.

RX Doc. Settings Select "Memory RX", "Print", "Forward" or "Print & Forward" as the method for handling re-
ceived documents.
Forwarding Desti-
nation If "Forward" or "Print & Forward" was selected for "RX Doc. Settings", specify the forwarding
destination.
Click the [Select Forward Dest.] button to display a page where forwarding destinations can
be selected. Select the check box for the forwarding destination, and then click the [Apply] but-
ton.
