Using the software switch settings, you can select whether or not POP3 reception is used. For details,
refer to
"Specifying settings concerning Assistant tool for C200, SMTP transmission/reception
and POP3 reception (mode 361)" on page 2-11 .
Specifying the settings

In the Network Settings screen, touch [POP3 Settings].

Touch [POP3 Server Address].

Type in the IP address for the POP3 server, and then touch [OK].
– To specify a host name, touch [Host Name], and then type in the host name for the POP3 server.
– To change the port number, touch [Port], and then use the keypad to type in the desired port
number.
– [Host Name] appears only when "DNS Settings" is set to "YES".

Touch [POP3 User Name].
Parameter Description
POP3 Server Address Specify the IP address of the POP3 server.
This must be specified in order to receive Internet faxes.
POP3 User Name Specify the POP3 user name for this machine.
POP3 Password Specify the POP3 password for this machine.
Auto-RX Check Specify the interval for connecting to the POP3 server and checking for received Internet
faxes. (1 to 99 minutes)
If [Check OFF] is selected, automatic checking is not performed.
