<Report Basic Setting>
<Component Selection>
Select the check box, and specify the configuration of a report to be output.
Function Details
Select Template Select a template from the drop-down list, and click the
[Display] button to display the settings. Select "New Tem-
plate" to create a new template.
Term Specify the time period to output to a report.
Click
to open the calendar control. Select start and end
days by clicking the appropriate days in the calendar.
Range Specify users, devices, and account tracks to be reported.
For details, refer to "Selecting a user to be reported" on
page 3-88, "Selecting a device to be reported" on
page 3-89, or "Selecting an account track to be reported"
on page 3-90.
To select all report targets, select the [Select All] check box.
If a part of report targets is selected,
appears.
If a template is selected, the template settings are dis-
played.
Function Details
Summary The following settings can be selected.
Output Summary, Device Summary, User Summary, Ac-
count Summary
Color Analysis The following settings can be selected.
Summary, By Function, Top 10 Color Usage - Users, Top
10 Color Usage - User Groups, Top 10 Color Usage - De-
vices, Top 10 Color Usage - Account Tracks, Top 10 Color
Usage - Account Groups
Function Analysis The following settings can be selected.
Summary, Top 10 Users, Top 10 User Groups, Top 10 De-
vices, Top 10 Account Tracks, Top 10 Account Groups
Trend Analysis The following settings can be selected based on Weekly
(last 8 weeks) or Monthly (last 13 months) time period.
By Color, By Paper Size, By Function, Top 10 Users, Top
10 User Groups, Top 10 Devices, Top 10 Account Tracks,
Top 10 Account Groups
Detail Breakdowns The following settings can be selected.
Detailed Report by User, Detailed Report by User Group,
Detailed Report by Device, Detailed Report by Account
Track, Detailed Report by Account Group

Note
Up to 30 reports can be output according to the
specified settings. For example, if over 30 tar-
gets are specified for "Range" in Report Basic
Setting, no reports will be output.
