To display the accounting result in terms of cost:

By specifying a cost (unit price) of copy, print, scan or fax print for each user,
device or account track, the result of accounting is displayed in terms of
cost.

Use the following steps to specify a unit cost.

From the Top Menu, select [Account Manager] - [Pricing Setup] - [Basic
Settings]. In the "Basic Settings" page, select "Unit Price Template"
and specify the unit price template settings that were added to
"Standard Unit Price".

Specify the unit price template for a user for whom you want to specify
a cost, or a device or account for which you want to specify a cost.
