Specify the location where the file is to be saved, and then click the
[Save] button.

In the Download complete dialog box, click the [Close] button.
The exported data is saved in the specified location.

Note
When the XLS or XLSX file format is selected, the data cannot be
exported if the number of lines of data exceeds the following limits.
- XLS:65,536 lines
- XLSX:1,048,576 lines

Note
The exported data can be viewed and edited in a spreadsheet
application. For details, refer to "Editing the exported file" on page 3-6.

Note
To open a file for which a password has been set with XLS or XLSX
selected in "File Format", a read password must be entered to open the
file.
Displaying a graph
Clicking the [Show Graph] button opens a separate window that displays the
analysis results in a graph in the selected display format.
