Problems related to Print Log Tool settings

Description of problem

Action

Counters of devices of other manufactur-
ers that are managed using the client soft-
ware are not collected.

To collect the counters using a client software
(Print Log Tool), use the following steps to check
that the computer name or print port name was
correctly entered.
(1) From the Top Menu, select [Account Manager]
- [Initial Settings] - [Print Log Tool Settings]. In the
"Print Log Tool Settings" page, select the device
for which counter collection has not been per-
formed, and then click [Setting of Print Port Name].
(2) In the "Update" page, check that the computer
name or print port name was correctly entered.
