Problems related to Report Processing
Description of problem
Action
When "E-mail Send" is selected with the
Report Processor Settings, e-mail is not
sent.
Use the following steps to check that the settings
were correctly entered.
(1) From the Top Menu, select [Server Settings]
and check that the settings were correctly entered
in the [E-mail Server Settings].
(2) From the Top Menu, select [Account Manager]
- [Option] - [Report Processor Settings]. In the "Re-
port Processor Setting" page, check that the "E-
mail Send" check box was selected and the cor-
rect address was entered in the "E-mail Address".
