3.7 Analyzing by device
3.7.1 Selecting the analysis item
Select the data to be analyzed. The following settings can be selected.
Function Details
Counter Based
Percentage of Function
Frequency Select this setting to calculate the percentage of use for
each function, such as copying, printing or scanning.
Percentage of Color Print-
ing Frequency Select this setting to calculate the percentage of colors
used for the number of pages printed.
Percentage of Paper Size
Used Select this setting to calculate the percentage of use for
each paper size.
Activities (Summary) Select this setting to calculate the summary information for
counters (Total/Color/Black/Large Size/Total Amount).
All Activities Select this setting to calculate detail information for the
counters.
Top 10 (Printing) Select this setting to calculate the top ten devices that use
more sheets. For devices other than top ten, the total value
is displayed in the "Others TTL".
Top 10 (Color Print Ratio) Select this setting to calculate the top ten devices that have
a high percentage of color printing frequency. For devices
other than top ten, the total value is displayed in the "Oth-
ers TTL".
All Users with Output Ac-
tivity Select this setting to display a list of users who used devic-
es.
Top 10 Users (Highest
Output Activity) Select this setting to calculate the top ten users using more
sheets for each device. For users other than top ten, the to-
tal value is displayed in the "Others TTL".
All Accounts with Output
Activity Select this setting to display a list of account tracks that
used devices.
Top 10 Accounts (Highest
Output Activity) Select this setting to calculate the top ten account tracks
using more sheets for each device. For account tracks oth-
er than top ten, the total value is displayed in the "Others
TTL".
Job Log Based
Peak Usage Select this setting to display - by time - the number of
sheets used by each function on the specified date from
the collected job logs.
Detailed Paper Savings Select this setting to calculate the percentage of paper sav-
ings from the counters of originals and Duplex/Combine
printing in the collected job logs.
Pages per Job Select this setting to display - by time - the number of used
sheets in the collected job logs.
By grouping jobs according to the total number of printed
pages, the number of jobs in each group is displayed.
