3.8 Analyzing by account track
3.8.1 Selecting the analysis item
Select the data to be analyzed. The following settings can be selected.
Function Details
Counter Based
Percentage of Paper Sav-
ings Select this setting to calculate the percentage of paper
conserved from the counters for the number of sheets and
number of originals.
Percentage of Color Print-
ing Frequency Select this setting to calculate the percentage of colors
used for the number of pages printed.
Percentage of Large Size
Used Select this setting to calculate the percentage of large-
sized paper used for the number of pages printed.
Activities (Summary) Select this setting to calculate the summary information for
counters (Total/Color/Black/Large Size/Total Amount).
All Activities Select this setting to calculate detail information for the
counters.
Top 10 (Printing) Select this setting to calculate the top ten account tracks
using more sheets. For account tracks other than top ten,
the total value is displayed in the "Others TTL".
Top 10 (Color Print Ratio) Select this setting to calculate the top ten account tracks
that have a high percentage of color printing frequency. For
account tracks other than top ten, the total value is dis-
played in the "Others TTL".
Top 10 (Paper Savings) Select this setting to calculate the top ten account tracks
that have a high percentage of paper savings. For account
tracks other than top ten, the total value is displayed in the
"Others TTL".
All Devices with Output
Activity Select this setting to display a list of devices used by ac-
count tracks or account groups.
Job Log Based
Peak Usage Select this setting to display - by time - the number of
sheets used by each function on the specified date from
the collected job logs.
Detailed Paper Savings Select this setting to calculate the percentage of paper sav-
ings from the counters of originals and Duplex/Combine
printing in the collected job logs.
Percentage of Paper Size
Used Select this setting to calculate the percentage of use for a
paper size from the counters of the used paper size in the
collected job logs.
Pages per Job Select this setting to display - by time - the number of used
sheets in the collected job logs.
By grouping jobs according to the total number of printed
pages, the number of jobs in each group is displayed.
All Users with Output Ac-
tivity Select this setting to display, from the collected job logs, a
list of the counters for users that used devices.
