The accounting result is displayed as shown below.
If "Counter Based" is selected for the sub item
If "Job Log Based" is selected for the sub item
Function Details
Main Item Displays "By Account Track".
Sub Item Displays "By Term", "By Device", "By Function", "By Paper
Size" ,"By Color" or "No. of Originals/No. of Sheets" as sub
item.
Term Displays the selected time period.
Detail Item Displays "None", "By Function", "By Paper Size", "By
Color", or "By Color and Paper Size", "By Function, Color
and Paper Size", "By Device, Function, Color and Paper
Size", or "No. of Originals/No. of Sheets" as the selected
detail item.
Function Details
Main Item Displays "By Account Track".
Sub Item Displays "By User".
Term Displays the selected time period.
Detail Item Displays "None", "By Function", "By Color", or "Different
paper size (large size / normal size)" as the selected detail
