Problems related to accounting (result display)

Description of problem

Action

The accounting result totaled for each user
(or account track) does not match that to-
taled for each user/device (or account
track/device).

Counters are collected from the appropriate devic-
es even if the "Manage" is selected in the Counter
Reader: Device Management.
In the following cases, totaled values of counters
may differ.
• If "By User" or "By Account Track" is specified,

the counters for users or account tracks that are
collected from a device that manages only the
counter reader are collected. This can cause a
difference in the totaled value.

• If a device is deleted from Enterprise Suite when

Account Manager is running, the counter infor-
mation for the device is removed, but the coun-
ter information for users and account tracks are
not. This can cause a difference in the totaled
value.
