Step 2 – Starting electroporation
– Trigger the
electroporation
process by pressing
the START key.
– "Charge" appears in
the third line of the
display. Charging
commences.
– After the charging
procedure has
ended, discharging
occurs. This is
indicated by a flash
in the third line of
the display.
If more than one pulse
has been set, "Wait"
appears in the display,
accompanied by the
remaining waiting time.
After the experiment has
ended, a double acoustic
signal is emitted and the
initial information
appears
in the display with the
parameters which have
been used.
The time which has
elapsed since the end of
the experiment appears
in the bottom line in
minutes and seconds.
After 99 minutes or after
any key has been
pressed, this information
disappears from the
display.
