Description

General

Global Settings

Choose to allow everyone to contact you, or to allow only your contacts to
contact you.

If you choose “My contacts only”, then all contacts will be able to contact you
unless they are in the Blocked List (below) or unless their domain is blocked
(Privacy by Domain tab, below)

Blocked List

Shows the people (contacts and non-contacts) you have blocked by one of the
“on the fly” methods (“Setting up Controls “on the Fly”” on page 37).

People in this list will not be able to contact you, regardless of the Global
Settings or Domain settings.

You cannot add to this list by typing; to block a contact and add it to this list, see
page 37.

You can delete an entry from this list. Select the name and click Unblock. The
person will no longer be blocked unless their domain has a rule; see the next
pane.

Privacy by Domain

Domain privacy settings

Enter a domain name and click Allow or Block.

• If you block a domain, then non-contacts will not be able to contact you.

However, contacts in that domain will be able to contact you, unless they are
in your Blocke List (see page 37)

• If you allow a domain, then the Global Settings apply, except that people in

your Blocked list will not be able to contact you.
