4. Setting up the instrument
• Place the rinsing water container back in the desired position on the
platform. Check that the rinsing water container is positioned horizon-
tally on the platform.
If the hose is too long, the rinsing water container will tilt to the right; if
it is too short, it will tilt to the left.
If the rinsing water container is not positioned horizontally on
the platform, it cannot be guaranteed that the stainer will func-
tion properly.
• Repeat the steps described above for the other rinsing stations.

If only one or two rinsing stations are required,
the hoses that are not used must be sealed with
a plug (17), see Fig. 27.
• To do this, twist and push the plug fully into
the end of the hose, and then secure it with
a cable tie (18).

If two rinsing stations are to be located immedi-
ately beside one another, the connector (19) for
the left station must be aligned as shown in
Fig. 28 .
