UNPACKING, TRANSPORT, TILE SAW STAND and ASSEMBLY

Using the Blade and Shaft
Wrenches, loosen and remove
the Retaining Nut and Outer
Flange

Place the Shaft Wrench
between the Inner Blade
Guard and the Motor and onto
the Motor Shaft
(F)
Install Diamond Blade
onto Blade Shaft
(H)
Close the Blade Guard
(G)
Install the Retaining Nut and
Outer Flange and then tighten
using the Blade and Shaft
Wrenches
(I)
Verify the Blade is seated on
the Blade Shaft and direction
of rotation is correct
(K)
Tighten the Blade Guard,
Retaining Knob
(J)
Tighten the Blade Guard
Retaining, Wing nut
Motor
Shaft Wrench
Motor Shaft Inner blade
Guard
Blade Wrench
Turn CW
Turn Counter-
ClockWise
Rotate CCW to
close
