Retract the Actuator
Wait till the specimen breaks loose.
16. Fully retract the actuator.

The next step puts your hand in a crush zone.
Hands can be crushed and equipment can be damaged equipment when hydraulics are
turned on.
Make sure you have turned off load unit hydraulic pressure and locked the bell up in place.
Remove the specimen.
