Schmierung
I Kardanwelle (Haupt- und Seitenwellen) nach den Empfeh-
lungen des Herstellers WALTERSCHEID schmieren (siehe
beiliegende Anleitung).
II Getriebe (zentral und seitlich)
- Ein erster Ölwechsel nach 50 Stunden, später nach
jeweils 500 Arbeitsstunden vorgenommen werden.
1 Ölablass-Schraube (magnetisiert)
2 Ölpegeldeckel
3 Einfüllverschluss und Unterdruckventil.
- Ölmenge: Zentrales Getriebe HRW .28 = 4,5 L
Zentrales Getriebe HRW 0,36 = 6,5 L
Seitliches Getriebe = 3,5 L
EP 220
III Trägerkasten
- Auf Lebenszeit mit Schmierfett vom Typ EP00 schmieren.
- Pegelstand etwa 40 mm.
- Regelmäßig den Ölpegel kontrollieren und ggf. Öl
nachfüllen.
Diese Prüfung insbesondere durchführen, wenn die
Maschine einige Wochen in Flachstellung abgestellt
wurde.
IV Die Klappgelenke und Spurreißer alle 50 Arbeitsstunden
V Rollenlager alle 10 Arbeitsstunden schmieren
Wartung
- Egge bei geringem Druck reinigen und Maschine flach-
liegend und geschützt aufbewahren.
Es ist wichtig, die Schmierarbeiten nach jeder Reinigung
durchzuführen und die Druckausgleichsstopfen auf
Sauberkeit prüfen.
Graissage
I Graisser les transmissions à cardan (principales et laté-
rales) en suivant les recommandations du fabricant W
alter

(notice jointe).
II Boîte de vitesse (centrale et latérale)
- Effectuer une première vidange après 50 heures, la
fréquence sera ensuite de 500 heures.
1 Bouchon de vidange (aimanté)
2 Bouchon de niveau
3 Bouchon de remplissage et reniflard.
- quantité d’huile : boîtier central HRW .28 = 4,5 L
boîtier central HRW .36 = 6,5 L
boîtier latéral = 3,5 L

III Lamier
- Graisser à vie avec de la graisse type EP 00.
- Le niveau est d’environ 40 mm.
- Contrôler le niveau périodiquement et faire l’appoint si
nécessaire.
Effectuer ce contrôle après quelques semaines de
remisage à plat.
IV Les articulations de repliage ainsi que les traceurs toutes
les 50 heures
V Graisser les paliers du rouleau toutes les 10 heures
Entretien
- Laver la herse sans pression excessive et stocker la ma-
chine à plat dans un lieu à l’abri.
Il est important d’effectuer tous les graissages après
chaque nettoyage et de vérifier la propreté des bouchons
de mise à la pression atmosphérique.

Lubrication
I Lubricate the universal drive shafts (main and lateral)
following the recommendations of manufacturer, Walter-
scheid (instructions attached).
II Gearbox (central and lateral)
- The first oil change should be carried out after 50 hours,
and every 500 hours thereafter.
1 Oil drain plug (magnetic)
2 Oil level control plug
3 Oil fill plug and breather.
- oil quantity: HRW .28 central gearbox = 4.5 l
HRW .36 central gearbox = 6.5 l
lateral gearbox = 3.5 l

III Gear trough
- Lubricate for life with type EP 00 grease.
- The level of the grease is approx. 40 mm.
- Check the level periodically and refill if necessary.
Carry out this check after it has been stored flat for
several weeks.
IV Folding hinges as well as markers every 50 hours
V Lubricate the roller bearings every 10 hours
Maintenance
- Wash the harrow with applying excess pressure, and
store the machine on a flat, sheltered surface.
It is important to carry out all the lubrication after every
cleaning operation and to check that the ambient air
pressure caps are clean.
