Doorlite and Panel Preparation
Cut Slab for Doorlites or Panels
All templates are designed for use with standard
cutout machines. Template openings are offset
exactly 1/2” from cutout edges.
Check templates periodically for wear and replace
when required. Refer to Door Styles Manual for
cutout size specifications.
Modify heavily used templates by adding metal
or wear-resistant plastic to edges. Relieve
template edges to allow for wear plate thickness.
