Advanced Object Editing Appendix A
Follow these steps to change a few properties for a group of ten
multistate indicator objects.
1. Select a group of graphic
objects you want to edit.
If your objects are not
grouped, simply hold down
the Ctrl key and click each
object.
When a set of grouped
objects are selected, the
property panel shows only
the grouped properties.
2. Click the Include Grouped
Objects button on the
property panel.
You will see all properties
that can be edited for the
objects in the group.
Clicking on any property
provides a popup,
drop-down menu, or other
editing method.
In the next step, you will
change the ST_Caption from
**** to State 0 and the
ST_BackColor to Green.
These changes will then be
applied to all selected
objects for the state defined
in the State property.
To change other states,
simply change the State
property to State1 and make
the desired edits.
