2. The other version of lens has a silver-notched band and set-screw on the side of the lens. The

white dot below the silver notched band is the aperture adjustment. Moving the white dot
towards the small set-screw closes the aperture. Moving it away from the set-screw opens
the aperture. Use the small, standard head, screwdriver included with the Spot Cutter
accessories to move the white dot on the aperture band away from the set-screw to open the
aperture for UV lights mode. The following figures illustrate this operation.

3.2

Toggle Switch for White or UV Lights

To switch from one light mode to the other, the black switch on the back of the ballast box on the
spot cutter is toggled from one position to the other.
