Installation Instructions
1.
Make sure the ATV is completely cool before starting
the installation. Make sure the ATV is secure on a level
surface and the parking brake is set.
2.
Remove the four bolts that attach the OEM muffler cover.
Remove muffler cover.
3.
Remove four springs that attach OEM muffler to header.
4.
Remove muffler mounting bolts, this may require tilting
the bed to access the nuts on the back side frame rail.
5.
Remove OEM muffler assembly.
6.
Remove one rubber grommet and sleeve, and both
lower grommets.
7.
Attach the three grommets to the TBR muffler.
8.
Install TBR muffler as shown.
9.
Attach supplied muffler hanger bracket using the 8x20mm
bolts and nuts that were provided for upper mounts. Use
the OEM bolt and nut with washer on lower mount. Tighten
hardware.
10. Loosely attach the two part X-ring using supplied bolts and
washers and lock tight.

performance part, please consult with your local motorcycle dealer. Read all
instructions first before starting installation. Make sure the motorcycle and
exhaust system are completely cool before starting the installation. Be sure
to save all stock components for possible use later.
