Installation Instructions

4.

Attach slip-on tube to TBR muffler using the provided 4
6x20mm bolts and lock washers with X-ring. Leave loose
for now.

5.

Attach muffler mounting bracket (supplied) to rear OEM
muffler mounting hole using the supplied 8x60mm bolt
and nut as shown.

6.

Loosely install muffler assembly and attach to mounting
bracket using the OEM bolt and nut for alignment. After
exhaust is aligned tighten one X-ring bolt to secure slip-
tube in place.

7.

Remove muffler assembly and tighten the remaining
X-ring bolts and re-install and secure in place using OEM
nut and bolt.

8.

Tighten Barrel clamp.

9.

Double check your work and make sure all bolts are
tightened and the exhaust is aligned correctly.

10. Before you run the ATV, clean off all fingerprints and

dirt, as any oily residue will etch the metal and become
somewhat permanent when the system gets hot. Run the
ATV and enjoy. It is normal for some white smoke to
appear the first time you start the ATV. This is packing/
manufacturing oil from inside the pipe burning off.
Check for gaps or leaks. If you find a leak, a little high
temperature silicon sealant should fix it. After 50 to 100
miles, recheck all fasteners for tightness.
