Autofocus may not work well in the following instances, and manual focus will
probably give you better results:
' Subjects with very glossy or shiny
surfaces (e.g. car exteriors)
• Scenes that cause a strong contrast
between right and left halves of the
screen
Subject behind glass
' Subjects with little or no reflection
(e.g. dark clothes, dark hair, water
surface)
Partially obscured subjects such
as caged animals.
