Setting Date and Time
Set date and time when you first begin using the camera or you change the
lithium battery without back-up power.
Example: Set to 2:35 p.m., July eighth in 1989.
You must complete all of steps one through twelve to set the autodate function.

Turn camera on.
• OPERATE/CAUTION indicator lights up.
• If a video cassette is loaded, press STOP
button.

narrow object.
• Date and time are displayed in viewfinder.
• Year display (1988) flashes in viewfinder.
