Working with Users in Your Company

SupplierExpress Administrators can invite additional users in your company to use

SupplierExpress. The SupplierExpress Administrator can add, remove, enable, and disable

SupplierExpress users. When adding users, the administrator gives the user a role as an Buyer

Administrator or as an Internal User without administrative privileges.

Inviting Users from Your Company

The ability to invite internal users is a Direct ERP Integration option that lets you configure

invoice approvers in SupplierExpress. If you use MarkView, SupplierExpress lets you select

approvers from MarkView user groups. You cannot invite non-MarkView users in your

company to use SupplierExpress.
Only a user with administrative privileges can invite internal users to use SupplierExpress.

1 Log in to SupplierExpress.
2 Select the Internal Users tab.
3 Click Invite Another Internal User.

4 From the User Role list, select a <role> for the new user:

▪ Internal User—allows access to reports, supplier invitation windows, and invoice

status; makes the user available as an Invoice Approver in Direct ERP Integrations for

Oracle.
