Explanation: An attempt to locate the VU Server Inter-process communication
queue has failed. This message normally occurs if a logon is attempted while the
VU Server is terminating or while the CT/DS address space is terminated.
System Action: VU Server logon fails and the LU0 session with the VU Client
is terminated.

normal operation of the CT/DS address space.
KOGVL07S IPC QUEUE ERROR=rc
