Explanation: An attempt to start a session failed with the specified return code.
A brief description of the failure is also given.
System Action: The session is not started, and a return is made to the main
menu, displaying this message on the message line.
User Response: Ensure that TLVPARM RKOGPARM(KOGSYSIN) contains
DEBUG(Y), recreate the problem, and locate messages KLVVT021 and/or
KLVVT251 in the POVI log. These messages, output when the DEBUG option is
set, identify the specific cause of the error.

Explanation: POVI 3270 automation attempted to type data into a protected
field.
System Action: The data is not typed and this message is returned to the POVI

output to the POVI log the controlling product luname and POVI sessid are given
so that the offending automation program can be identified.
