Explanation: This message is issued in conjunction with message KONAF060.
During the initialization of VSAM logging, an error occurred requesting access to
the RKANPAR library. A member of this library contains the name of the VSAM
clusters.
System Action: VSAM logging is disabled.
User Response: Gather the preceding 30 minutes of the RKLVLOG and any
dumps that were produced or taken, and contact Candle Support Services.
