❑ No display.

➨ Power supply not

plugged in (wall plug)?

No power available?

✔ Plug in power supply.

Check mains fuse

➨ DCP 3000 switched

off?

✔ Switch on DCP 3000.

➨ VACUU•BUS cable

of power supply not

plugged in at DCP

3000?

✔ Plug in VACUU•BUS

cable at DCP 3000.

➨ Other than above men-

tioned causes?

✔ Contact local distributor.

❑ Fault of pressure

transducer indi-

cated (warning

triangle is flashing)

or in menu ”Sen-

sors” one of the

displayed sensors

is flashing.

➨ Pressure transducer

not connected to DCP

3000?

✔ Plug in pressure trans-

ducer at the connecting

jack of the DCP 3000.

➨ Pressure transducer or

connecting cable de-

fective?

✔ Replace pressure trans-

ducer or connecting ca-

ble, if necessary.

❑ In the low pressure

range, the pressure

reading is too high.

➨ Pressure transducer

contaminated?

✔ See ”Cleaning the pres-

sure transducer”.

➨ Pressure transducer

decalibrated?

✔ Readjust external pres-

sure transducer.

❑ At atmospheric

pressure, the pres-

sure reading is too

low.

➨ Pressure transducer

decalibrated?

✔ Readjust external pres-

sure transducer at atmo-

spheric pressure.

➨ Pressure measurement

with VSP 3000?

✔ Fluctuations within the

range of the measure-

ment uncertainty. Use

pressure transducer VSK

3000.

❑ Displayed pressure

value is fluctuating.

➨ Pressure fluctuations

due to the set-up of the

vacuum system?

✔ No measuring fault. Check

and change set-up of the

vacuum system, if neces-

sary

➨ Plug of the cable to the

pressure transducer

not correctly plugged

in?

✔ Plug the cable correctly

into the jack at the rear of

the DCP 3000.
