INSTRUCTIONS FOR REPAIRING

067026 SOLENOID VALVE W/STEEL INSERT

MODELS: 9152AX, 9152AXTW1, 9152AXTW2

A small amount of ¾” flanged solenoid valves were supplied to Gasboy with steel inserts in the inlet bolt holes.
With force on the discharge piping, the inserts may slide out of the valve causing a leak between the valve and the
flange. These valves (P/N 067026) were used in some shipments of Gasboy commercial dispensers (Models
9152AX, 9152AXTW1 and 9152AXTW2).

Before or during installation and startup of the
dispensers, a qualified repair technician should check
the valve. The technician should inspect the valve where
the bolts protrude through the back side of the brass inlet
flange. If the area immediately surrounding the bolts is
brass, there is no problem. If there is a steel ring (steel
insert) immediately surrounding the bolt (it may be
recessed), the bolts must be replaced to avoid a
potential leak.

This Gasboy repair kit, P/N 032140, will remedy the
problem. It contains the following:
