Table 66. Fan Control Configuration Submenu
Feature Options Description
Fan Control
• Disabled
• Enabled (default)
Disables/enables fan control.
Lowest Fan Speed • Slow (default)
• Off Defines the lower limit of chassis fan speed
operation.
Slow = At low system temperatures, the fans will
continue to run at a slow speed.
Off = At low system temperatures, the fans will turn
off.

NOTE
These options will not take effect until power has been completely removed from the system. After
saving the BIOS settings and turning the system off, unplug the power cord and wait at least 30
seconds before re-applying power and turning the system back on.
